A great resource on risk management issues

There are a lot of good resources out there to help programs manage risk effectively. One that I am always glad to see arrive in my inbox is an e-newsletter from the Nonprofit Risk Management Center called Risk Management Essentials. This month's articles cover managing special event risk, protecting vulnerable clients from abuse, finding insurance for your nonprofit, and more. This is a free newsletter that you can sign up to receive regularly.

I think we don't always see the big picture in terms of risk exposure and risk management, and I always find that these articles stimulate my thinking about how to be more aware of the broad spectrum of risk (and how to control it) that most public and private nonprofit organizations face on a regular basis. I'd be interested to hear what other resources people have found on the topic that have been helpful to them!
