Mentor Criteria

We are starting a program that pairs forster children that are aging out of the system wth mentors. As we work on the beginning phases of mentor recruitment we are trying to come up with the best criteria for mentors.
Is anyone willing to share their criteria?

Hi,

This is probably not exactly what you're after, but attached is a guidelines document originally designed for Senior Corps programs on how to deliver mentoring services to youth in foster care. Maybe there are a few nuggets in it you can use . . .
