Public/Private Ventures, one of the nation's leading mentoring research organizations, has released High School Mentors In Brief: Findings from the Big Brothers Big Sisters School-Based Mentoring Impact Study. This brief summarizes findings and program recommendations from their recent study of Big Brothers Big Sisters' school-based mentoring programs, highlighting the many strengths that high-school age volunteers bring to programs and exploring some of the challenges of using this population to mentor younger students.
